
Cory Imig is an interdisciplinary artist, educator, curator, and arts leader based in Kansas City. Her work spans large-scale installations, curatorial projects, and experimental artist spaces. She’s exhibited nationally at institutions such as Crystal Bridges and the SCAD Museum of Art and is a Charlotte Street Foundation Visual Artist Award Fellow. Imig is also a co-founder of several artist-run initiatives, including PLUG Projects, Say Uncle, Beyond Alternatives, and most recently, Impractical Spaces, a book series highlighting the history and impact of artist-led spaces across the country.
