After high school, Ford went on to study at Le Cordon Bleu, where he began to turn his love of fine food into an art form as a professional chef. In past years, he has traveled to more than 20 countries and 40 landmark cities, and in each new place, if he is not working, he makes time to meet local chefs and watch, learn, and explore the most recent techniques and culinary trends. Chef Markus believes in opulence, a standard that carries through from his events, to his tables, to his own personal style. This dedication to opulence allows him to transcend culinary boundaries and exceed his client’s expectations. Ford has worked for local and foreign businesspeople, political figures, celebrities, royalties, and other ultra-high-net-worth clients.
